What a good stay, initially, only to be met with unmade beds and wet towels, not to mention the TV has only french channels-just splendid! I requested a room upgrade for all the hassle endured, but apparently that was too much to ask. Perfectly underwhelming experience, really. If only I could have enjoyed this hotel, but alas, I couldn't.

The restaurant here served some of the best seasoned fries I've had, and the location made it easy to explore charming local eateries. Despite some hiccups, the room was generally clean and modern were nice.

The service was great and the location was favourable. There was a nice restaurant, commercial centers and a Christmas market next door. A dining area, a writing desk, and ironing facilities were available in my standard twin room.
The setting was so so.

We had a standard double room with very comfy bed and central heating, a flat-screen TV, and coffee and tea making facilities. The bedroom was lovely and had an exceptionally good view on garden.

Family with children really well taken care of
We had a clean, spacious room that had a kettle for coffee and tea. The warm welcome from the friendly receptionist.
It wasn't exactly a budget stay but still acceptable for what we received.

Standard network hotel. There is one tram stop to the hotel from the station, or a leisurely 15-minute walk away.
everything's fine.

The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with a kettle for coffee and tea. We loved the refillable filtered water option. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices including fresh scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. The friendly staff, and parking was easy!
The room could have been cleaner.

missingWrote a review on 24 Octclean roomrefillable waterkeycard issue
The rooms are clean and bright, with a kettle for coffee and tea. A convenient refillable filtered water option stands out .
Accessing the room with the keycard turned into a hassle, requiring multiple trips to reception for resolution. The pillows were too soft for comfort, and the carpet showed signs of age. Breakfast lacked variety, with old fruit salad and a disappointing selection of fresh vegetables or cheese.

The breakfast was a hit, especially the fresh options. On a relaxing evening, we had a fabulous dinner in the on-site restaurant. Super convenient after a busy day exploring Lille!
My wife says that the hard beds made for a less comfortable night.
